Located in the central business area of Exmouth (old Shire Offices) at 22 Maidstone Crescent, this ideal location offers an abundance of free parking, is easy to find and walking distance to essential business services such as the bank, post office and central shopping precinct.

The business hub has been created to bring together and foster co-operation among members and businesses from all types of industries from commercial, industrial, and professional. This legacy project will pave the way for growth and economic sustainability through improving business capacity and confidence.

The business hub has a range of different spaces available for hire, competitively priced and purposed built with the latest technologies, including high speed internet access, and fitted out with modern office furnishings. Whether you need a desk for a few hours in our co-worker space or require something a little more private for a few days or weeks the ECCI Business Hub has something for all.

All room rentals allow you access to our kitchen including tea and coffee as well as our common break-out lounge area and surrounding gardens.

Board Room

Our large 8.5m x 5.8m board room is the perfect place to hold larger meetings, staff training, inductions, or workshops. This large meeting room features 4 x modern meeting room tables allowing the layout to be customised to your needs. The board room is also equipped with the latest teleconference technology including a 100inch (2.5m) Television screen with casting and HMDI connection capabilities. You will also be provided access to high-speed WIFI, access to our kitchen including tea and coffee, as well as our common break-out lounge area and surrounding gardens.

Note: Bookings are minimum 2 hours for this room. Make sure you book in enough time to set up and pack down from your meeting. Additional charges will apply for early access and overtime.

Meeting Room

Our purpose-built high-end 3.7m x 3.7m meeting room is the perfect place to meet with your clients, fellow staff members or hold regular online meetings via our video conferencing technology. Suitable to seat up to 6 people, this room features 1x modern meeting room table and 6 x black leather meeting room chairs. This room is also equipped with a 65inch (1.65m) television screen with casting and HMDI connection capabilities. You will also be provided access to our high-speed WIFI, access to our kitchen including tea and coffee, as well as our common break-out lounge area and surrounding gardens.

Co Worker Space

Book your very own private desk space in our dedicated co-worker room. Your desk is located in a fully air-conditioned office with 5 other co-worker desks. Your modern 1800x 750mm desk is fitted with privacy screening, ergonomic office chair, power outlets and access to high-speed WIFI and printing facilities (printing is charged CPC). You will also be provided access to our kitchen including tea and coffee, as well as our common break-out lounge area and surrounding garden.

Private Office

The business hub also features a range of private office spaces, all fully airconditioned with secure swipe card access. Our 7 private offices range in sizes from 10.6 to 17 square metres. The smaller officers feature 1 modern 1800 x 1500 corner desk, free standing lockable 3 draw system, ergonomic office chair, data point to plug directly into our high-speed internet and integration to our multifunction printer with secure printing facilities (CPC charges apply to printing). You will also be provided access to our kitchen including tea and coffee, as well as our common break-out lounge area and surrounding garden.
